To initiate a return, Nanails must be notified within this 14-day period. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item. Items that are non-returnable include goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once opened, products made to the buyer’s specifications, and items that have been irreversibly mixed with other goods.
