Neutralizing cream. Must be used after removing the perm gel. Seals the structure of the hair. Creamy texture. Prevents splashes. Way of use: after removing LASH PERM GEL, apply LASH PERM NEUTRALIZER, covering the lashes fully. Exposure time: 8 minutes. Remove the excess product with a tissue and the curler/mould with water. Shelf time after open: 6 months Warning: avoid any contact with your eyes. Immediately rinse eyes in case of contact with the product. Contains hydrogen peroxide. Use appropriate gloves.
