Products purchased from the Nanails online store have a 14-day right of return upon receipt of the goods. If the product ordered from the e-store is not suitable, it can be returned without giving reasons.

Nanails must be notified of the wish to return the goods within 14 days at the latest.

All costs related to the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is non-compliance with the order or defective goods.

The following are not refundable:

  • Goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned and which are delivered in closed packaging but the package of which has been opened;
  • Goods which, after opening the package, would not be suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
  • Goods for which the opening or packaging of the goods cannot be detected by Nanails (e.g., the product does not have foil/film around the cap);
  • Products manufactured in accordance with the conditions specified by the Buyer;
  • Products which are mixed or combined with another product or goods in such a way that they can no longer be separated;
  • Products used for economic and professional purposes.

Upon the arrival of the goods at Nanails or upon presentation of a proof of shipment, Nanails will make a refund within 14 days at the latest. Refunds will be made to the same checking account from which the purchase was made.

Using purchased Products for business and professional purposes 

If the purchased Product has been used for business or professional purposes, or used by a legal person, the regular complaints procedure shall not apply. In such cases, the period for submitting a complaint is usually 6 month. If the manufacturer’s defect is detected within this period, the Product will be replaced or repaired.
